Hi there,
Can you please advise how to add a google font that is not listed by default, the font that I’m trying to add is for Arabic language: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Rakkas?subset=arabic&selection.family=Rakkas
Thanks,
Abdullah.

Thanks,
I found the way to use it, I placed my css rules (@font-face rules) in custom stylesheet and applied them to any html tag.
However, is there a way to add it to the list of default fonts, and use it just like I use one of the default fonts, or the only way to use it is through custom CSS ?

Hi Abdullah,
We’ve prepared an updated list with Google fonts. You need to extract the attached archive in your webstore root folder. Then just refresh your theme panel (browser) and you will have all new fonts in the fonts dropdown (incl. Rakkas).
P.S. Do not forget to remove the manual font insertion.

Thanks for your reply,
1- Can I add a custom font to “Themes Font” (attached), What are the selectors I should use in custom CSS (attached)?
2- How can I change the language flag in my store (attached)?
Thanks again,
Abdullah.

Hi Abdullah,
1) Unfortunately you cannot add custom fonts to the theme fonts dropdown list. Selectors depend on the elements, you want to use the custom font. With the selectors you have used in the screenshot, you match all website areas and their children. Exception will be all elements that have individual font rules.
2) Which is your OC version? Depending on OC version, you should either correct the image name (url) or the language locale (for OC 2.2 and above). In your case AR does not stand for Arab, but for Argentina. You will have to find the correct two symbol country code (or locale). E.g. SA stands for Saudi Arabia, PK for Pakistan etc.
