I am looking to use the Shoppica theme and modify it to have the list view and/or grid view showing the products within a category, have all given attributes shown for all products . Is there a good way to add this in?

Ok. I have purchased this vMod extension but it doesnt work because shoppica is not the default theme. Any suggestions?

May be this link http://support.themeburn.com/topic/display-attributes-of-products-at-category-tpl will be helpful for you. It is not about vMod, but about dispaying attributes list under category. But rhis is nothing to do with options for the goods.

You will need to change the vQmod initialization to match the Shoppica markup. I doubt there will any other problems than this.
You could also try the dkulikov’s suggestion.
