Adding the meta description under the Product name…?

How can I add the meta description UNDER the Product name, similar to the way it is in the Shoppica slideshow…

So in the product displayed you have the “breadcrumbs…” then the Name of the product – and then under that also the meta description.

Hope that makes sense.
