When I enable RTL for admin ,It does not work well. please help me . my version panel :BurnEngine v1.1.1

Hi,

Can you provide some screenshot with some examples please. Generally, theme admin has been tested with RTL languages.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm these problems locally. We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check them on your website.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

The information is clear, but we sill cannot login to FTP. We saw the errors and we need FTP because we can’t resolve them from the admin panel only.

Also, when did you begin to experience this error ? After updating the theme or after installing some third party extension ?

Hi,

we checked your site and it seems that you have removed the additional language and there are not issues to observe.

We suppose the issue will come back if you add the one more language. If you wish, you could install a copy of your store in a dev. subdomain or in a subfolder and enable the two languages there. This way we can safely check what happens without risking to compromise your live site.
