Affiliates drop down not working

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesShoppica OpenCart ThemeAffiliates drop down not working

This topic has been marked as not a support question.

Hi I have installed your theme and am using it as a theme on one of my multi stores. I have noticed that the drop down list in affiliates populates itself like it should and that a link is generated for me.

The challenge I have is that it no longer populates the list on my default shop that runs the default opencart theme. It also does not work on my third shop that run a different theme either. I am just wondering if maybe your theme uses a different type of Autocomplete java script or something that has caused the others to stop working. The affiliates drop down has worked in the past but since I installed the two themes (your and another one) it has stopped working. I have posted this error with the creators of the other theme that I installed to see if there theme might be the problem as well. Seeing that the the list still populates itself on the shop that’s running the Shoppica and the others have stopped working I am presuming that maybe you guys have the answer.

Thanks

Hi,

Generally, Shoppica does not modify anithing from the administration area. We only add some script for the theme control panel. We don’t think this is a theme related issue.

Could you give us a screenshot of the problematic page and access to the admin panel. We might be able to find something out.

Best,
ThemeBurn team

Hi

Thanks for getting back to me. Where can i send my admin panel details to for you to check it out. I have attached an image for you to see. The drop down box isn’t populating as its not picking any of my products up thus not allowing the system to create a tracking code.

I have also come across a second problem that maybe you can take a look at while you are there. The colour schemer for the theme isn’t working I get directed to my sites home page when I try access it.

Thanks

Bevan99, I may be very wrong so forgive me if I am but that theme looks like the default theme not Shoppica? If that is the case that is the reason the colour schemer is not working.

Okay cool. Here is the address and the details for the admin area. Thanks once again for the help. If you take a look we have various stores. The one that is running your theme is Emily Grey loves…. this affiliates list still populates itself. Another stores are running the default theme and another theme i purchased those affiliates drop down boxes dont populate and no affiliate code is created.

Thanks for the help!
