Anchors offset in manufacturers page

Hello,

In the manufacturer page when clicking a letter, the anchor link points to the correct position but it is hidden by the sticky header.
Try clicking the letter F and you will see: http://pavilion-theme.com/index.php?route=product/manufacturer
How can I add an offset so the correct letter is shown under the header and not covered by it?

You may need to adjust the code (change the 100 digit), depending on your header height.
