API error

Hello guys!

So almost every day my Opencart, running on BurnEngine, gives me an error, that I don’t have autorisation to do things because my IP is not set for API. I already have like 10 IP addresses added cuz it is changing all the time.

Is it possible to fix it somehow? Or should I look at the Opencart forum?

Thanks

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

Hi,

Hope after this problem is not valid anymore after you’ve updated your BE installation?

Unfortunately the problem still exists. I was thinking, maybe something uses the API, but can’t figure out what or what to do…
Still, the site is working better with the latest version :) Good job guys!

Hi,

Sorry, but we though this API error was appearing in theme control panel. Generally the problem you are describing should not be theme related. Have you tried to disable BE to see if it is appearing again?

I tried changing the theme from Settings-Settings to Default but unfortunately didn’t affect the API/ IP error…
