Hello,
i have 15k product and 1000+ categories on my opencart 2.2,
but when i was installing and active kiddos theme
i cant open opencart
admin login page,
admin product page,
frontend homepage etc..
but if i delete kiddos theme and i try usign opencart with default theme i dont have any problem,
how can i fix this ?

Hi,
Can we check the live example (original or cloned), so we can see what is wrong? We will also need admin and ftp access.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

if u have connection problem write to us your ftp connection ip address please, because we have a firewall and maybe its will be block your ip address.

Hi,
we managed to fix the slow-down issues. As it is not usual to have so many categories (13k+ in your case) for opencart, you have to keep the ‘cache’ setting in the theme panel turned on.
Do not upgrade your theme unless we release a new version, which will include the performance fixes we made for you.

It is already fixed on your server. Just don’t upgrade to a new Kiddos version, because you will override the fixes. The next Kiddos update will include these fixes.
