We will need admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

There are some folder permission problems with your server.

The system has no write access for /web/Eshop/system/modification. Could you please change the folder’s permissions to 777 as we don’t have sufficient credentials to do this ?
