Blank page on add address page

When I try to add address in my customer account I not see any forms, I see only header and footer of my site.	onejak

You mean clearing in BE System->Cache or delete directly by hand all files? Clearing cache in BE not help, I have done this several times.	onejak

Hi, This problem has been fixed. The extension that modifies the address form is using a markup that is a bit different from the default one and could not be caught by our compatibility check. Anyway, you need to backup `catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/template/account/simpleaddress.tpl` BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

@THE_GRIF The reason for non working custom pages comes from missing page content slot. Unfortunately it is a bit too complicated to explain how this problem can be fixed, as it is very individual.
