Hi,

We see now that your theme version is a bit old. You need to update in order to get your blog module working.

TB Support,

Is this not absurd? Are you saying that in the old theme though there was blog functionality, it was not working? Then did you fool us?

we do not want to change theme version for want of new version not working with our Modules, some of which have been customized, while others had to be modified to work with Pavilion theme and we cannot do that entire task again.

You are requested to make necessary changes to our version itself such that it works

Hi,

It is a normal for a software to be constantly updated and improved. Although we’ve made an extensive testing with all modern browsers, all recent OpenCart version and common server configurations, we cannot cover all cases in the world. We are a small company and not MS (even though their software is not flawless either).

In the perfect situation major changes between theme versions are made only for theme system files located in tb_themes and for theme stylesheet. Additionally, we always provide a files changelog list.

when we purchased this, blog was marketed as a feature and hence it better work. while u update ur version there is no reason for the feature to not work with a older version when u said it works.

Is there any reason that prevents you from upgrading Pavilion to the latest version ?

Can you kindly let us know which files to copy over for this purposes – we do not want to copy over entire installation to avoid over ride of some of our settings and customization.

Sorry to be coming so late again on the issue. We had put it on the backburner while we worked to solve a few other things. Now is the right time for us to get this resolved.

Warm Regards

Hi,

You can find the files changelog in:

THEME_PACKAGE/Documentation/OC_1.5.x_files_changelog.html
