Hello
When I activate the burnengine extension, I get the error: “BurnEngine has not booted. This can be a result of an improper installation or an event deletion from a third party plugin.”
I have downloaded latest pavilion 2.1.1.1 and installed it on a fresh install of OC 2.3.0.2. There are no other extensions installed.
First I used OC 2.1.0.1 with Pavilion 2.0.0.7 but I decided to upgrade OC to 2.3.0.2. So I first did a fresh install of OC 2.3.0.2, then I moved some tables from the old database to the new database (Categories, products, information etc), then copied the Burnengine files and tried to install the theme. That was the first time I got the error. After that I did a fresh install and kept the original OC dbase as it is, copied the burnengine files and tried to activate Burnengine again. That did not help. Still have the same error.
please help me as soon as possible.

Hi,
sorry for the late answer.
We don’t have enough credentials in order to modify files on your server. We can only write to /public_html/image/cache folder. That’s why we have uploaded the most recent (not yet released) version of pavilion in this folder. You can try to install and use this version which should resolve your activation issues.
