Bootstrap function .popover()

Hello, I try to use a bootstrap fucntion/ plugin called Popover (Tooltip is also required).
When I check the files on: catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript there is a file: bootstrap.min.js.

However I can`t use .popover() and I also can`t find the file bootstrap.min.js in the page source.

Am I missing something and do you know how I can get this working?

I checked OutputHandler.php and it looks like the bootstrap.min.js file is only loaded when the opencart version is 2.X. Is this correct? I am using opencart 1.5.6.4

Hi,

OC 1.5 by default uses jQuery UI and this is the reason Bootstrap JS is not loaded since both are known to conflict with each other. If you still need Bootstrap, you can try to include it manually in the header template.
