Hi guys

Sorry, forgot my support forum login. The forgot password isn’t working. That’s why I’m here.

I had an issue a long time ago: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/everythinglogo-menu-content-looks-totally-weird-and-is-pushed-to-the-left#post-22892
You guys fixed it by changing the screen.css.variables.php file.

Today I ran all the updates, installed the latest version etc. Then I edited the screen.css.variables.php file and put in my new database.

The layout does become a bit better, but it still doesn’t show the page like it should. Colors are missing, things are out of place etc.

I duplicated the website and installed it here: http://kl.xeh.ch/
Any chance you could perform the same magic you did last time to fix the layout?

Many thanks and sorry again for posting here, but I really can’t access your support forum.

Cheers, Chris

Hi guys

Thanks for the help. I created the following FTP access:

Remember that this is only a “duplicate website” of the original.
It means that whatever solution you come up with on this duplicate, i will also need to perfom on the original, which is here: http://kinder-leicht.ch.

On kinder-leicht.ch it is still running on an old WordPress version and a number of updates are due.

On kl.xeh.ch i have updated everything.

So please let me know how I can make sure everything looks good on the original too. Provide the code or whatever else is needed :-)

Thanks, appreciate your efforts!

Hello,

Sorry for the delay but we are too busy with the new update.

The problem with your stylesheet is that your theme files are in subfolder “themes/shoppica/shoppica” it should be “themes/shoppica”.

Hi guys

Thanks for the help!

So i moved themes/shoppica/shoppica to themes/shoppica.

But i still have the same layout issues.
http://kl.xeh.ch

The order of the widgets, the navigation, the color of icons and slider background – all kinds of stuff is off.

I remember having this exact problem two years ago.

Any other solutions?

Hi guys

I have a bit of an emergency. Sorry for troubling you again. I really expected everything to finally work this time. So I updated everything on the live site.

Once again, the complete layout is off. I made the changes to the screen.css.variables.php file, but nothing works like it should.

So once again I kindly ask you to have a quick look.

Here is the FTP:

Thanks for the assistance!

Oh, and i forgot to mention, on the demo-site, kl.xeh.ch, the shop and product pages are too wide:

http://kl.xeh.ch/shop/

Just an an additional info. The rest looks great.
