I think i found a bug, this happens in chrome browser on mobile menu (at least on android)i. When you click the + sign to expand a category, it opens and closes within a flash, the only way to keep it open is to keep pressing it for a couple seconds.

Hi,

It seems that this is has been introduced in recent Chrome versions and we are working to to provide a solution ASAP. There is an update pending that will bring this fix. Hopefully it will be available within a couple of days.

Any update on this?

Please consider this a priority. Almost 50% of the traffic comes from mobil users for any ecom website now and 70% of that is from Chrome. You can understand that if one is unable to open a menu then they will leave the website.

Please note that this is not just happening with chrome but also with safari on mobile, hence does not seem to be a browser specific issue. Please help.

Hi,

Can you try to update these two files only:

catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript/common.js
catalog/view/theme/BurnEngine/javascript/libs.min.js

P.S. It will be good if you can set your modifications as a vqmod or ocmod. BurnEngine is a complex product and we constantly provide bugfixes and new features that will require theme update.

I replaced those 2 files and a lot of issues happened.

1. The menu link stop opening after click.
2. Product images stopped displaying in the product page.

I panicked after seeing this and reverted back to the original files before i could find more issues.

Hi,

It would be best if you apply the entire update. For easier migration of your modification you could extract the latest release and use a comparison tool (e.g. Winmerge) to see the difference with your current installation.
