2) When using
Multilingual
keywords (+language url prefix + default language url prefix) after language changing on home page few menu`s, cart, breadcrumbs are not changing language (only after 4-6 refreshes & clicks on other pajes it set on correct language but not always)

Multilangual settings

Russian language (all fine)

Ukrainian language (not fine, some menu`s still on russian)

Hi,

We’ve checked your website and as far as we can see the only problem is different fonts in the footer area:

This is caused by different font settings. Please keep in mind that due to character support of each font family, each language has its own settings. In the “footer” case, your H4 titles has different fonts set for Ukranian an Russian languages. Open your Theme settings > Fonts panel and check the H4 setting.

If there is something we miss, please let us know.

Hi,

We’ve inspected the website again and here is what we’ve found:

1) You browse the website and change or get the default session language set to 1.

2) You then open a direct link for a page in language 2. This page will have header and footer rendered for the current session language – 1. Once you change language from the switcher, header and footer are rendered correctly.

We will take a look at this behavior – most likely it is caused by the third party extension you are using. Why not trying our built-in SEO module? It is powerful enough and is fully integrated with the theme.

Please do not revoke your ftp credentials, we can take a look at the existing one as well.

We’ve see now that your OpenCart version is 1.5.3.1 – this has never been supported and we cannot help you further. If you want to switch to other theme, please apply for a refund.

I don’t want to change theme. I want to understand why payment works everywhere, on different systems, with different templates, but if you include your template, payment stops working
