We just tried to login with FTP but the account you provided is locked to an empty folder. Can you please check the credentials and provide the right ones ?

Bumping a topic is not a very good idea in order to get your problem solved. It just goes at end of the support queue as we resolve older problems first. Besides this, there are problems that are harder to resolve and are more time consuming.

You cant have tried to login very much as I can log in and FTP with the details i provided above the second time.
Can you resolve this and the other ticket i have raised too as I have been waiting ages for you to respond.
I only BUMP a ticket when i have waited for what is a totally unreasonable response time for a paid theme!
