Burn Engine v1.2.7 : Extra Product Fields :: Is it possible to have both default + custom text per product

Hi, I am using Pavilion theme. I added Extra Product Fields and added a default common content to show up on Product pages. I want to be able to add custom product wise text in addition to the default. It looks like if I enter anything in the Product data for this field, the default text won’t show. How can I have default appear followed by product’s custom text? -Ash	yantrr

Hi Ash, Unfortunately, there is no such option, but you can easily insert 2 extra fields. One will insert the default text and the other will be the product wise one. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Ok, that is what I was thinking but the customized per Product field doesn’t allow any HTML, only text entry. I don’t see HTML editor active in that field when I edit a particular product. I have CKEditor installed for Description field editing in HTML. Thanks.	yantrr

Hi, What is your OpenCart version? Can we check your admin configuration? Generally both the default information and the field in the product edit page should have a visual editor. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, We see you are using a modification that brings back the CKEditor as a visual editor. The problem is that the editor initialization is for only the description field. You may need to get in touch with the extension developer to solve this. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
