BurnEngine constantly loading and stories fatal error

Hi guys, i have to issues on my new website which i think you might help me resolve Im using 3.0.2 OC and the theme is technopolis 1. When i click on BurnEngine Theme Settings it constantly loads without opening. On other hand the other options like Menu or Extensions it opens fast, and then i can access from there to the Theme settings. Can it be fixed so the Teheme Settings will work like the other options? 2. The Stories show page shows Fatal error: ‘Error: Could not load template when i click to a story article. it looks like it has some .js conflict . if you need ftp access to resolve this issue please let me know. thanks in advance	dalibord

Hi, We’ve wanted to upload only a fix, but decided to upload a whole new theme release, which fixes another problems as well. Can you please try to update? P.S. It is always recommended to keep an up to date files and database backup, before each theme or system update. BR, Theme team	TB Support

hi guys i have updated the theme but it did not solve the issues, i have the same error on blog article page and same loading problem with Theme Settings, I have cleared the catch and refreshed modifications but all stays the same. Should i re-install the theme or do something else that will solve the error and the loading ? Thanks	dalibord

just to remind you guys that im still waiting on your assistance, the loading problem is solved but i still cant get the stories part running correctly, the show page is stuck with no styles	dalibord

Hi, We’ve uploaded a few more fixes and now blog should work fine. Can you also try to clear your browser’s cache (and cookies) ? This is sometimes related to endless loading of the entire BurnEngine panel. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
