I have a new installation of Opencart Version 2.2.0.0 I have tried to install the Pavillion Theme but a get the following error message: BurnEngine has not booted. This can be a result of an improper installation or an event deletion from a third party plugin.
the aforementioned is shown when I try to activate the module and also enable the theme. Please can you help/advise asap has this is holding up our ecommerce development.
NB. the original Opencart theme works fine.

Hi,
Pavilion (BurnEngine) is not yet compatible with OpenCart 2.3.x (please check the ThemeForest description). We’ve asked you about login details, because you’ve claimed in your previous post that you are using OC 2.2.
For the moment, you can either downgrade your OpenCart installation, or wait, until we finish the new Pavilion (BurnEngine) version that is compatible with the latest OpenCart. This update should be ready (and hopefully reviewed) in a week.

Hi, as per your email I have down grade the OpenCart to Version 2.2.0.0 and copied over the Pavilion theme however it appears to only have partially installed i.e. you can access the Theme and the OpenCart home pages have changed but I cannot access the “Burn Engine Control Panel” it just displays “loading” and will do so for as long as you leave i.e. it does not complete.
Please can you hop on to the site using the same access details as before and rectify the issue.
Many thanks

Hi,
Have you OC 2.2 files over those from 2.3? There was an extra htaccess file (left from 2.3) in the system folder that was causing troubles. We’ve removed it and now theme control panel should be working fine.
