BurnEngine menu bar not display in some browsers

Hello, I have Shoppica theme, and opencart 2.3.0.2. and my problem is: in some browsers like IE, chrome (but not every IE, Chrome have this problem, only some of them.) the BurnEngine menu not display, and not accessible. (menu Theme settings, menu composer, page builder, etc.) Please refer to the attached images. Maybe this is browser setting problem, or compatible problem, i am not sure. Anyone have any idea how to solve this? THANKS. Best regards. Jammy.	jammyliu

Hi Jammy, Generally theme admin panel should be accessible on all major browsers – IE11+, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safairi. The problem you have captured on your screenshots is caused by some JS error – we need to take a look at your installation. Can you provide website url and admin access, so we can check. Hi ThemeBurn team, I found that if the browser not able to visit google, then will have this problem. but if the browser can visit google, then will have no this problem. is this theme or BurnEngine has any element of google? BR. Jammy.	jammyliu

Hi Jammy, Theme admin and frontend use Google fonts by loading them remotely. This may be the reason, but why can’t you access Google infrastructure? Loading external resources is a common practice in the web. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
