Burnengine won't install

I have followed the instructions perfectly for OC2.2. When i go to install it just stays on the message “loading”, and gets stuck there. When i go to edit the burnengine extension, everything looks like it is supposed to, just like it properly installed. But the website no longer loads and comes up with the error message burnengine not installed. So when i uninstall it and revert back to the default theme, everything is fine again. I have tried disabling all extensions that did not come with OC, and then try to install burnengine, still the same. i don’t know what else to do.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm this problem locally. We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can identify it directly on your server.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
