I made a test. Registered an account and added an article then I clicked checkout and There are steps showing, but nothing happens or nothing you can select.
It was weird also that when I registered an accout there was no address input field option and if I click on the addressed in my accout then I get some weird error:

Here is the after checkout page:

My accout options, if I click on “naslov” or “addressed” there i get error:

EDIT: I solved the error when clicking on “addresses”, but when I checkout it still shows only the steps from 1 to 6 and nothing happens and nothing you can click…. So the problem still stays. Any suggestion please

Hi,

1) The checkout problem is caused by a disabled option:

We’ve enabled that for you.

2) Glad you’ve found the solution for the addresses bug.

Thank you very much! You are the best support!

By the way, when you register a new account, there is no “address” field to add? So everyone that registers needs to do it later? Is there an extension or something that you know that you can use when a user registrates it also has the address fields in it? I think I read that the old opencart had this, but on the new 3.0.x it doesnt work like this anymore.. Is this true?

Thank you!

Hi,

Removing the address during user registration is the new logic in OC 3. Unfortunately we don’t know about an extension brings back the old functionality. Customers are asked however about their address directly in the checkout process.
