can not change category menu colors – please confirm these settings

i am sure these settings should make the links blue yet they remain black

am i missing something?

it appears the color of these links is being overridden by color/content/titles

do you have a work around ?

Hi,

If your Category block links are set to inherit colors, this is the default behavior. If you want a custom color for category links then you should break inheritance in block settings (your first post, second screenshot).
