Hi, We’ve checked your installation and it seems that your theme version is more than a year old. Up until now we’ve changed lots of things and fixed many bugs. Can you please update to see if this problem would be resolved? If you do not want to directly run the updater on your production installation you can duplicate you store and run the updater there. Hi Things have gotten worse. I am now unable to get into the Page Builder at all. It just spins “Loading” forever. I have created a new topic. This new problem is a showstopper. So I tried upgrading to shoppica_v.3.2.7. After upgrade, clicking on any of the BurnEngine settings, I see “Loading” forever. I have now restored back to the original Shoppica version. As this has become critical I have sent an email to info@themeburn.com that I will be happy to pay 2.5 hours upfront for immediate support to resolve this issue. Just reply to my email with payment instructions. |

I did a quick test. 1. Restored a copy of table oc_burnengine_setting (backup from 10 days ago) as oc_burnengine_setting2 Strangely I can still use Page Builder after renaming back the tables. I have now made changes in Page Builder. Crisis over. But it is a concern why this problem suddenly happened and disappeared. The problem saving menu and fire slider is still an issue. I will attempt to upgrade Shoppica and update this case. |

Two days later, the Page Builder problem re-appears (displays “Loading” and spins forever). I have not touched the theme the past 2 days. Duplicated the installation and attempted upgrade to Shoppica_v.3.2.7. During upgrade, I was prompted if I want to upgrade to higher version. I clicked Upgrade BurnEngine. The word “Loading” appears and spins forever. Not sure if the upgrade completed. I re-logged into admin and now I see the new BurnEngine menu (see attached image). Clicking on any of the BurnEngine menu items (Theme Settings, Menu Composer, Page Builder etc) results in “Loading” and spins forever. I don’t mind you reset the Themeburn data to a completely new fresh install. I can easily setup the theme again from scratch. Just instruct me how to do the reset. |

The problem Page Builder problem has magically disappeared. I’m now at the office with a better internet connection. Before this I was on a poorer mobile internet connection. It is possible this is the reason. The problem saving Menu and Fire Slider is still an issue on the old Shoppica. But on the upgraded Shoppica this problem has disappeared. For now I think I am in a good position and there are no further action on your part. Thanks. But I do hope you can provide a way for faster support for critical cases (of course this will be charged at a rate that you will determine). |

Hi, The Page Builder issue was connected to wrongly inserting theme settings in the database. Internet connection should not be a cause for such a problem. Glad to hear everything is fine using the latest version. Generally it has a long list with problems fixed and is relatively stable. The only think you will need before the next release is a fix of a recently introduced Fire slider ordering issue: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/cant-cahnge-order-of-slides-in-fire-slider#post-63995 About a premium and faster support – we would gladly offer such a service, but unfortunately (for the moment) we are just a small team and cannot handle such a task. Hope you can understand. BR, |
