Cannot Save Menu (in Menu Composer)

After making the changes to my menu, I click Save Menu. The page says “Loading” with the spinning circle. I had to close the window and re-open BurnEngine Control Panel. The changes to menu are not saved.

For now, if I want to make changes to my menu I had to make menu changes on a “Backup” site (running off a different server) and export the menu to my ‘Live’ site.

Is there anything I can do? Clear some cache files or something?

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
