Hi,

Have you replicated your files, or you have made a new installation? Maybe you have forgotten to replace some of the files that need to modified?

When we apply changes to PHP files, they are not reflected, so we can’t basically change anything. It seems there is some cache at system/server level, which serves cached files and does not take into account when we change some files.

Don’t know if this means anything to you, but unless we don’t have some utility to clear the PHP opcache or restart the web server, we can’t make any changes to resolve your issue. You can send this to your server administrator if you don’t know how to answer.

There is no connection between shoppica and the broken backoffice. When you navigate to the /admin/ url, the system tries to load the frontend files. This is due to incorrect paths in the admin/config.php file.

It seems you replaced this file it with the one from the root folder. Correct the file and your backend should load.
