Cant't Import "install demo data" and error message on PageBuilder

I have installed the Pavilion Dark (v2.3.1) on a new and clean OpenCart (v3.0.2.0) installation and have so far the following problems:

- I can not install the “install demo data” the Progress keeps in “Reading theme settings …” and i have to terminate it manualy. I guess now that I do not need this data and therefore this problem is not so important.

What confused me more are the following two error messages:
1. Pavilion Dark Control Panel -> Theme Settings -> Style -> Header -> GLOBAL shows up the message
“There are no saved settings for GLOBAL. Default built-in settings are applied instead.”. Is this a critical message, what does it mean and how can I fix it?

2. Pavilion Dark Control Panel -> PageBuilder -> Content -> Layout -> Product shows up the message

This message comes with all subordinate entries however mostly only the following message. “{“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}”
Is what does the messege mean and how can I fix it?

The ‘“Warning: unlink(/home/kabukibe/sho …’ error message is not connected to the issue you are describing. It is actually harmless. There is however problem with installing the demo data, but it seems it is specific to your system. Sadly, the error message is too generic and we cannot understand what is breaking without looking through the server error logs. Is there any chance you can send us the php error log or give us ssh access to inspect it manually ?
