I’m having the same issue that user Sucrilhos had in a topic from the other month, but it seems like that topic is closed for additional comments (only replies?).

I created my categories and sub-categories in the Opencart control panel.  Then, in Menu options, I tried to create a SHOP link in the menu using the “all categories dropdown” link. Nothing shows up, it’s just a blank dropdown box just like in Sucrilhos’ image.

Also, when I try to put a Categories block on the home page, nothing shows up in the block.

I made sure the “top” box is checked in the data tab of each category, like you told Sucrilhos, and that did not fix the issue.  Could you please let me know how you were able to fix for Sucrilhos?  Thank you!
