Which banner you mean?

The color of the footer can be changed manually, but you will have to color some images:

catalog/view/theme/shoppica/images/shop_info.png
catalog/view/theme/shoppica/images/info_icons.png
catalog/view/theme/shoppica/styleshet/fp_like.png

The intro section (both with and without banner) can be changed from the color schemer (Admin -> Extensions -> Modules -> Shoppica Theme CP -> Launch color schemer button)

We have already shown you how to change the footer color in our previous post.

I can not entirely eliminate the background color is changed, but maintains the texture and edge as I can do to eliminate completely the texture and background.
