Change the Background color on the Pavilion MENU

I was trying to change the color of the only menu background to any color but I can’t seem to figure it out. I go into Style / menu / background – solid color… I change the solid color, save setting but the menu color background does not change? I’m using the Pavilion menu (not OP default)

I can change it in a OC2 test site I have set up so now i know I’m doing it right it just doesn’t seem to work in the above site running 1.5.6.4.
Any help would be welcome.

Hi Frank,

You need to choose a header layout with a separate menubar. Then you will be able to style the menubar from Pavilion CP > Style > Menubar.
