Checkout page not showing properly

I have installed Tehchnopolis theme.
It’s not working properly.
It is showing checkout page without any formatting / Design.
I have attached the screenshot of Both the checkout page and cart.
Cart page is working fine but not the checkout.
Please have a look

Hi,

you have supplied incorrect FTP credentials. We cannot access giftstoindia.com site data in order to investigate your issue further. We have access to ‘giftstoindia.pro’ page instead of ‘giftstoindia.com’

Can you please check and send the correct FTP data ?

When did I provide you the FTP details for giftstoindia.pro ?
I only gave you the Remote Connection Details for giftstoindia.com server and Opencart Admin login for giftstoindia.com .

It seems we can login with FTP with the credentials you have provided, which takes us to ‘giftstoindia.pro’ site. We tried with remote desktop connection and same credentials and it leads correctly to ‘giftstoindia.com’, so everything is okay, our bad.

We’ll let you know when we have more info on your issue.

Hi,

it seems there is an issue between the OpenCart version you are currently using (1.5.6.0) and our OpenCart Performance+ extension. As 1.5.6.0 is quite old, buggy and not supported (this is actually our first support case with it), we can’t just fix our extension. You have either to upgrade your OpenCart installation to 1.5.6.4 or refrain from using this extension.

Sorry for taking so long, but this issue is very specific and affects very old OpenCart version.

Why it was working fine on the day I installed it?
It started showing error on the second day.

You have to keep the ‘OpenCart Performance+’ extension off. It breaks the checkout with OpenCart 1.5.6.0. If you upgrade to 1.5.6.4 (which should be relatively easy), you can install ‘OpenCart Performance+’ again. Can’t really guess what happened on the first day.

Hi,

You know what?
Because of your theme my website is now messed up.
You take ages to reply to the support forum.

You said, your theme does not support 1.5 version. After loosing many sales I finally decided to upgrade it and install a latest Version of Opencart.

When I try to install BurnEngine extension I get error: “BurnEngine has not booted. This can be a result of an improper installation or an event deletion from a third party plugin.”

When I activated the theme, I got an error: A theme has not been assigned to this store!

Now, you have all the details of my server.
I have installed everything from scratch.

Please login and fix it.
