Dear support,

Child theme doesn’t work with your theme.
we don’t find instructions in the documentantion, maybe it’s an already known issue?

Once done the child theme, sidebars disappears and we have more issues.

Any update about this?

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
