Is Pavillion compatible with http://www.oc-extensions.com/OpenCart-2.x-Modules/Alert-When-In-Stock-Opencart-2.x ?

I bought the extension and uploaded it.. it was displaying the “notify button” but was not displaying the pop up email box like in the demo http://demo7.oc-extensions.com/modules/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=49

I wrote to the developers and this is what i got back. “Your custom theme don’t support some basic function available in default theme (like modal) required in extension.”

Do you have a solution for this?

Hi,

We can try to provide a compatibility fix, but we will need the extension. Can you please, send the zip package to our email

You will need to register in order to post topics and read replies in the ThemeBurn.com support forums!

.

Be aware that converting third party extensions may take more time that the regular “2 business days” support period.

Thanks,
ThemeBurn team

As you can see that i had posted this question 18 days back, so clearly there is no regular “2 business days” support. Having said that, you guys had excellent support time before with other themes that i purchased, what happened now?

I have attached the extension, please help make it work asap, i have waited quite a long time already.

Hi,

Please, have in mind that dealing with customization and 3rd party extensions is not part of the free support we (or anybody could) offer. Even so, we always try to be most helpful and provide a solution.

In the most common case, problems with extensions are solved with minimum priority.

Hi,

We’ve made a compatibility patch for this extension. You can find it here:

http://support.themeburn.com/topic/alert-customers-when-product-is-in-stock?view=all

P.S. You need to use a vqmod version of this extension.

There are some issues

Please see the attached images

- Screen1.jpg : There are 2 buttons showing.. only button 1 works and button 2 is inactive.. button 2 is anyways unnecessary and can be removed

- Screen2.jpg: On clicking button 1, there is a popup but the form does not work.. however the same fields also display on top of the page and when you fill the form there and submit, it keeps saying that name needs to be entered.

Please help in resolving this issue.

Hi,

The problem is that you are using the original vqmod as well. You should use only the modified one that we’ve provided.

I am only using the xml file which you have sent me.. no other xml file is being used for that module. If i give you access to the store, can you have a look?

Hi,

You should ask the developer for a vqmod version of this extension – one that is not installed from the admin panel.
