There is an issue with this file – catalog/language/english/information/contact.php

You have either empty lines before the opening <?php or after the closing ?> php tag. Remove them and see if the issue still persists. Actually, you can remove the closing ?> tag at all. It is useless.

The other reason for this error is when you save the file with UTF-8 with BOM encoding. This is discussed here.

I tried your suggestions and cannot get it working. I will attach my footer.tpl and see if I still did not fix it correctly. I will keep trying though! I know how busy you guys must be so thanks for your time

Hi,

I have accidentally posted a wrong information about the problematic file in the post above. I have corrected the post. The file you need to check for empty lines is catalog/language/english/information/contact.php

Sorry for throwing you into confusion.

first reply—>There is an issue with this file – catalog/language/english/information/contact.php

2nd reply —>The file you need to check for empty lines is catalog/language/english/information/contact.php

they are the same file? or is the 2nd location supposed to be a different file?

thanks

Hi Geoff
TB did say that they had “corrected” the post.
I am taking that to mean they edited the original post to change the file from the wrong one to the correct one.
