Hello. For some reason when customer is trying to leave me a message through contact us for on me http://www.chickenstitches.com website, he gets notification of success, but I don’t get the email. It should go to and forwarded to chickenstitches@gmail.com.
I am getting notifications about new accounts and purchases.
When I asked my host they told me to check configuration file. It looks fine to me, but maybe I am wrong.
Please help me to resolve this problem.

I don’t see how this issue can be related to Shoppica, but here are some suggestions.
If you get notifications about new purchases and accounts, then your email configuration should be fine. Did you check your spam folder ? May be the emails from the contact form just go there and never get forwarded ?
