Content Area Error

This topic has been marked as resolved.

I’m have a great time with this theme. Every time I think something can’t be done, it CAN without touching code!
I open the Content area and it seems straight forward enough.
I pick Information Page from the dropdown… it does not mater which of prebuilt ones or one I made they all show this error:
{“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0}

Any help is welcome,
Cheers,
A

Hi TB Support,
It seems to be a IE11 issue!?
I was testing if for some reason I would be able to access the content page stuff on my Andriod phone and to my sunrise I could..:)
I tried IE11again, (my default browser) and it still showed the same {“success”:false,”message”:”Arguments error”,”reload”:0} error.
So I tried CHROME and FIREFOX and it’s working fine on both browsers. I tried on a XP IE8 I have and it works perfectly!?
I reset the IE11 to default settings, but it did nothing I still get the same error.
Do you have any idea if maybe its a IE11 setting I could have or need to have?
Huge sigh of relief.
Cheers,
Frank

(Hope this helps somebody else as well)

We confirm that there is an issue with Layout Builder and IE11. We have fixed it for our next update, but we do not recommend using IE11 for the admin area as it’s generally slower than Firefox and Chrome. It also has some visual issues that we won’t intend to fix.

This is valid for the admin area only. On the frontend we fully support IE9/10/11 and take seriously any reported issues.

Best,
