Create new account not working

My clients are not able to create a user account. When you click Register, the page just refreshes and the account is not created.

I have replaced the form-login.php file and I have the same problem. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

You didnt overwrite old file with the patch. Now everything should be fine.
