Decimal Quantity/Min Qty + Custom Unit not working

Hi there, again got problems with installing 3rd part modules…

First module is Custom Unit http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=10463&filter_search=Custom%20Unit&filter_username=hydrowire

Works only at cart & checkout. Not showing at product, category & else….

Second is Decimal Quantity/Min Qty – vQmod (15x/2x) - http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=26126&filter_search=Decimal%20Quantity/Min%20Qty

Not work at all. Same as module before, only at cart & checkout…

Please help me to figure out on how to make them work.
