This topic has been marked as resolved.

Hi,

I have tried quite a lot of things before to post anything as this is an issue already fixed, but somehow still doesn’t work for me. OC Filter appears as a module and I can add it in the right column for the level 1 and 2 categories but nothing appears on page. I have installed the updates that were supposed to fix this issue, but nothing.

I have no idea what else to try, I’d appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

Is there any update on this subject? Some how the filter now shows up but with a broken Layout, I guess you are performing tests? anyway.. what ever you have done is also braking some of the colour background configurations I have for some blocks.

Thanks

Hi,

1) These are the steps to have a filter on your category page (default theme):

- Create the filter
- Assign the filter to a product
- Assign the filter to a category

You have missed to assign the filter to categories – that is why it is not appearing. We’ve assigned it for you for DAZ3D/POSER category to show it is working.

2) The messed up design is caused by some bootstrap styling that has not been removed. To fix the problem, you just need to extract the attached archive in catalog/view/theme/pavilion/stylesheet/.

@mamama72

Have you applied the patch we’ve provided here?

March 17, 2015 at 2:34 pm #39371

Yes I uploaded the patch but it didn’t replace anything or fix anything. I am currently using Pavilion for OC 2.0.1.
