After upgrading to v1.06 from 1.02 – my default store is not showing up under extensions -BurnEngine.
All my other stores are showing. While the page looks fine when viewed, I utilize the manufacturers bar and I can’t select that manufacturer to show in some of my pages.

Re-installed 1.06 upgrade – got msg to upgrade BURNENGINE.. and now DEFAULT store is listed. While BurnEngine shows again under Extensions Themes… everything seems fine.

We will check if we could remove the second BE theme listing in Themes. It shouldn’t bother you nevertheless.

Still fighting with ThemeBurn
burned again.. during uninstall.. lost my settings
doing a restore.. now…
after purchasing TWO .. mind you.. TWO of these themes.. seems like I won’t get “BURNED” again… as I will be “Shoppica”n for a new theme very soon !!!!
So was having weird issues with 1.02 … upgraded to 1.06.. two BurnEngines showed up.. warning on page about BurnEngine not installed correctly.. and it didn’t upgrade to 1.06 but 1.06 versions were out there.
So I will try 1.07 when the restore finishes.!

Yes.. this morning I had to do an emergency repair.. as my site(s) were down. My Breckwell store is one of 5 (multi-store config)
did in place re-install of OC 2.3.0.2 … all that went well. reinstall theme 1.07 trendo..still had to go install BURNENGINE again.. to get my default store to come into the theme. Others were showing under “themes” in extensions.
Added another BurnEngine but all was working good.. over weekend.. till this morning. Now back to 1.02 (so it says) and I think all of this is a hung BURNENGINE that doesn’t ever upgrade.
So if you would take a look and advise me at least.. I’d appreciate it.
My panel has “invalid index” on PRICE ZERO .. and my system site crash this morning reverted me back to 1.02 … again.. convinced it’s something in hung in the database pertaining to BURNENGINE. I’ve tried reinstalling.. clean install.. the database is the only thing I can’t replace.
This is a live site used for production.

Hi,
Since your website is a production store, we cannot risk to ruin your business by breaking it. What you can do is to duplicate your installation and database on a subdomain where we can try to update it.

Ok. I can copy my store files + database to my test box.. not a problem.
However, I know the “fix” or update is database related.. however, once you update it.. copy files and database back to live store — there would be on-going transactions.. mostly orders… though I can export .. and reimport those after I copy the fix back over.
I will update once I have the files + database copied over. I’ve been bogged down with multiple other major projects.
