Demo data import hanging

I keep installing and un-installing the “ThemeBurn” module and when I click on “Install demo data” it just hangs on “Loading” like the picture above. Please help me! I want to install this already.

I cannot get this to install the demo data at all! Please help I cannot get started without the sample data as a reference. I installed it exactly how the instructions say to install it.

Hi,

It seems there is some error while importing the demo data. It shouldn’t hang.

Can you please, share admin access as well?

We have installed the demo data for you. There was an issue with the demo data installer which will be supplied with the next update.

I have found some problems such as the “Page Settings” field is blank with no options. I want to configure it and take the zoom off and do the full screen product pictures instead.

Also, the page layout is broken. I was deleting the sample data and it broke the main page. It stretched all the content to the edge of the margins. Please take a look at the pictures attached.

Hi,

1) Settings for product images are now moved in Page Builder. Open Page Builder > Content > All products (from the scopes dropdown) and click on the edit (pencil) button of the Product Image block.

2) Go to Theme Settings > Style > Header/Footer and set your layout to Full (fixed width content).

Hello,

Okay I fixed the first one and took out the zoom like I wanted. BUT my 2nd question is still not fixed after your suggestions. Please take a look at my site to see what I am talking about. The page layout is broken and everything looks like its in full width with no space in margins. I want it to look like the demo site.

I changed every layout in the settings to “Full (fixed with content)” and that didn’t solve my issue. Please take a look please. I will await your thoughts on this one.

Hi Chris,

You have inserted Google Analytics code with a broken closing </script> tag. We’ve fixed it and now everything works fine.
