Hello dear TB Support team. To solve my problem which I have posted here on forum and not solved till now I try it solve by me. I install OC 2.3.0.2 on testing site, upload and install BE 2.1.1 but when I install demo data I have always Reloading admin panel message. Please see screen shot: http://joxi.ru/nAy98nkSX1Pz3A.
If a go to Dashboard and then return back to BE i have always Loading page page. Please see screenshot: http://joxi.ru/Dr8NEdZFkXOOd2
in error log i see this:

I too seem to have the same problem on OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2 for Pavilion_v.2.1.1
My error message is:
Warning: file_get_contents(http://api.themeburn.com/all_themes): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /mnt/sxxxx/56xxxx/101xxxx/stagexxxxx.com/xxxx/content/system/vendor/BurnEngine/library/Utils.php on line 239
When I try to access the skin in the Pavilion Control Panel.

Could it be an issue with the demo data timing out and not downloading completely?
