demo data is not set

No demo data is installed. When I try to install demo data, nothing happens, it always writes that it reads these topics. I need to install them, as they suit me and I just need to change them.

What should I do ?

i install Opencart 2.3.0.2 – Problem like on Opencart 3.0
Demo theme not install.
