Although we gave some general hints, there is some specific information we would like you to share when reporting issues:

1. Please, tell us the exact Pavilion and OpenCart versions. Also, supply a link to your site so we can check live if needed.

2. Enable the default OpenCart theme and tell us if the error continues to appear. Also, check if this bug exists on the official Pavilion demo. If not obvious, try to describe the exact steps to reproduce the bug.

3. Please, tell us when did the issue start to appear- after a fresh installation or after upgrade? Which OpenCart/Pavilion version did you upgrade from ?

4. If it’s a visual bug, don’t forget to supply the browser’s version and a screenshot with highlights of the problematic areas.

5. If you have installed additional plugins or ‘vqmods’, try to disable them temporary and see if the error is still there.

We may also need an access to the admin area or FTP details to check the error ourselves. If you feel it is appropriate, please provide us with the necessary credentials.

If you have any information you don’t want to be visible for others, you can easily hide it.

Beware: You can only attach .zip files and images (jpg, png, gif, bmp) to your post. No other extensions are allowed.
