Although we gave some general hints about describing your problems with themeburn’s software, there is some specific information we would like you to share when dealing with Shoppica 2:

1. Make sure you meet the minimum OpenCart server requirements, especially the PHP version. It should be 5.2.+ Shoppica 2 won’t work with PHP 5.1.x.

2. Tell us the Shoppica version and the exact OpenCart version on which Shoppica 2 is installed. Also, supply a link to your site so we can check live if needed.

3. Importan! Try to reproduce the bug with Shoppica theme disabled. Activate the default opencart theme and see if the error continues to appear. Tell us about the result.

4. Try to reproduce the issue (if possible) on the official Shoppica 2 site.

5. Please, tell us when did the issue start to appear. After a new (clean) installation or after some shoppica/opencart upgrade. If it was an upgrade, which opencart/shoppica version did you upgrade from ?

6. If it’s a visual bug, don’t forget to supply the browser’s version. Also, it is always good idea to supply a screenshot and highlight the problematic areas.

7. Tell us if you’ve made custom modifications to the theme. If you have installed additional plugins or ‘vqmods’, try to disable them temporary and see if the error is still there.

8. If not obvious, try to describe the exact steps to reproduce the bug. The bare information about the error existence is not always sufficient. We need to invoke the error an it must occur every time. For example: enter the product page, click on the 'add to cart button', go to checkout and you'll see the error message.

We may also need an access to the admin area or FTP details to check the error ourselves. If you feel it is appropriate, please provide us with the necessary credentials.

If you have any information you don’t want to be visible for others, you can easily hide it.

Beware: You can only attach .zip files and images (jpg, png, gif, bmp) to your post. No other extensions are allowed.

Thank you for your time!
