disable sidebar in homepage

Hi, I have a little problem;
I can’t disable sidebar area in homepage; I choose
Sidebar Layout: whitout sidebar, but don’t change nothing,
some idea??

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
