In some instances, I am not able to see the order details placed by the customer in the order tab of the dashboard. This seems to be an extremely critical issue. I get notified by the payment gateway when there is a new payment made by the customer and that’s how I get to know that I have received a new order. But when I visit the Dashboard Order tab, i don’t see any details of the order sometime, like there is no new order displayed. This happens only sometimes, and I don’t understand why. I then have to go to the backend database to see the details. Please have a look on this and advice what’s causing it to behave like this.

The problem you describe affects default functionality and is not theme related. Supporting OpenCart issues is not in the scope of the service we provide and you will have to seek help elsewhere. The best place to do this is the official OpenCart forums.
