Duplicate and Missing Item in Product List

Hi, one of my products –> http://silver-icons.com/SilverIconsRectangular/ClassicwithGold/Kykkou-Rectangular-Gold , appears 2 times in the product list (http://silver-icons.com/SilverIconsRectangular/ClassicwithGold), BUT when changing Sort by: to MODEL(A-Z) the duplicate is removed and now the correct item which should have been listed from the beginning appears!!!(http://silver-icons.com/SilverIconsRectangular/ClassicwithGold/virginmaryjerusalem)
Any thoughts ?
