Edditing font size and mouse over color for subcategories

Hi, I have searched for hours, but im simply to blind^^ As the headding discribse, I’d like to edit font size and mouse over color for subcategories. In theory it should be in the “All Categories” -> “Intro” -> “Subcategories modul” -> Typographie, shouldn’t it?
